This one has actually been a success – I have been running 3-4 times a week and I completed a 5K a few Mondays ago.
A Monday, you say? Yes, god help I did say on a Monday.
My fear of running is slowly subsiding and it’s getting easier. I still have rough days but honestly they are few and far between. I have to get better at stretching before and after running but I also need to have faith and confidence in myself. I know I can do it and I can’t wait to prove it to myself in February – Half Marathon!
