Running for my life

The marathon is closer than I care to admit.

  • Run 4 to 5 times a week (Half marathon training is in full swing)

I have officially moved this goal over to long-term instead of postponing it month-by-month. I want to do this. I will do this. I am up to 2-3 and very soon I will have to get up to 4-5. Stay tuned my friends, ’til next time.
